Zaka covers all domestic costs.
- Our preferred method of shipment for domestic shipments is via EMS Courier.
- If you would like to request a specific method or courier please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will direct you to our logistics department.
Zaka covers international shipping costs however customs duties and tax payments are the responsibility of the customer.
- These costs can vary
greatly depending on the destination country.
- The charges are
payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or
- It is the customer’s
responsibility to communicate and provide information to customs department in
the case further information or payment is required.
- International shipping
is offered to most countries outside of Japan.
- Shipping to China,
Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand is currently unavailable. (These
borders have complex import regulations. We are working to open these markets
in the future.) For customers from these countries the option click and collect
is available for in store pickup.
- We use International

Click and Collect is available for all international and domestic
- This option is
complementary for every order.
- You will receive a
confirmation email once your product is ready for pick up. Please wait until
you receive this before visiting our store.
- You have 14 days to
collect your order. Please bring your order number (00000...) and photo
proof of ID
- If uncollected after
14 days you will be contacted to determine the status of your order and the
goods will be returned without further notice.
